I'm a just a countryboy that was born and raised in Missouri. Have been hunting since I was 8. I was lucky and married my soul mate, 29 years ago. She puts up with all my hunting and fishing. I have 2 kids. They are both avid deer hunters and Love the outdoors. My favorite times in the woods is spent with them.
I work for a large Prefab Construction Co. and part time at the local bow shop. Archery is my favorite form of hunting, but it is all good.
Things I Like
Hunting with my kids. Spending time with my wife. Nothing better. Being in the outdoors.
Things I Don't Care For
People who condemn hunting when they really know nothing about it.
Not so good didn't see anything but a couple does during gun season. I let my son and son n law hunt the good spots and they both killed really nice bucks. But I'm excited as much for them if not more than if it would of been me. I've kind of let the team down. But it's not over yet. I'll be hitting the woods again with my Bow.

Sorry I haven't been much help on the Hunting Contest. I haven't even been in the woods yet. Work has picked up and been working almost every weekend. The plan is to hunt all this weekend. Hopefully I'll have something to post. How's youe season been so far?
had some time but huntin the 80's isn't my bag or the deer so far. i have next week of to bow hunt hope to get something down then. gotten some deer cam pics so it looks promising. good luck to ya this weekend.
