Like an old friend

So today I was looking thru some of last yrs deer pics and I felt like I was spending time w/some old friends. I and the guys on our land run several trail camera's. We get to know our deer and as many habits as we can. We give some of them names and make notes of their markings and their aditudes and progress untill we harvest them.. Swamping Hunts

I have been playing with the idea of me and my 14 yr. old son doing a turkey slam. I have spoken with some outfitters in differnt areas. I will be honest I don't make that type of money to use a outfitter. We were looking at one hunt a year but even if we get our birds the 1st time out by the time we are done it would cost us a large chuck of change. Well we ended up the first season with one turkey weighing in at 20.5 lbs witha 9 inch beard and 1.25 spurs. Next season coming up Mat 2nd. Hope to kill two more then. ...
