How many have you seen or shot during season. We get 1 or 2 every season. Myself I have shot one a couple years back.

they are all over around my place  , you can shoot them year round here.

they are around in pa, but protected with the migratory game bird regulations...  they are generically "lumped" with the mourning/white winged/collarded and eurasion.  open season sep 01...
pigeons on the other hand are not...  they are fun shooting and great practice
