Has any one tried this yet?? It looks like a super way to clean the fish. I might even try this with other panfish to just see if it will work. It sounds like the meat will just pull right off the bones after it is cooked.

If you watch the time on the bottom of the video is takes about 55-60 seconds to clean the perch, not 10 seconds.  It looks cool, but you still need to deal with the rib bones. I think just about anyone who cleans fish would be able to clean a small perch that size the regular way in 60 seconds no problem, I know I can.
