WELL I HAVE A JAKE DECOY THAT NEED'S SOME PAINT BACK ON THE HEAD AND A HEN DECOY THAT NEED'S TO BE TOUCHED UP . WHAT KIND OF PAINT COULD I USE TO DO THE TOUCH UP ON THE DECOY'S HEAD'S ? I WOULD LIKE TO BE BRIGHT SO IT COULD BE SEEN BY OTHER TURKEY'S .  I THOUGHT OF USING MODEL PAINT SOMETHING THAT WON'T WASH OR PEEL OFF SO EASY .

THANK'S FOR ANY HELP YOU COULD GIVE .

I wonder myself...my 2% I think I would want a dull type paint due to reflection of the sun...Almost like the shine on a gun barrel will freak an ol bird out!!! I would think if the sun hit it just rite it would throw off a glare???? Dont know bud...like I said just my 2% lol  ...Good luck, if somebody knows the answer please lemme know...Thanks camo

i would use oil or acrilic paints.art stores will also hase a fast dryer to use wth oil.then you can apply a matte or flat finish on top to keep it dull.not sure if your decoy is rubber ,plastic ,or wood?some taxidermist use oil or acrylic and it is dull no shine or glare.glad to hear everything is going better for you.how did your court go?

This could be a good business idea to paint dekes and make them look more realistic...
